3. Precise Condensation & Temperature Control System
The condenser is of double-bend design (front single-bend condenser) with a long cooling path for high condensation efficiency, ensuring complete recovery of distillate and minimizing loss.
The bath is made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and long-lasting. Equipped with a cooling system (cooling power 300 W), the temperature control range is 0~60℃ with an accuracy of ±0.1℃, meeting the requirements of different petroleum products for condenser bath temperature.
4. Adjustable Heating Power & Synchronized Voltage Display
Heating power is continuously adjusted by a solid-state voltage regulator, providing smooth and reliable temperature rise control. A synchronized voltage display meter is mounted on the panel – clear and intuitive – allowing the operator to precisely adjust the heating intensity according to the standard-required distillation rates (e.g., 2~5 ml/min or 4~5 ml/min, etc.) and avoiding instability due to voltage fluctuations.
5. Convenient Heating Chamber Design
The heating chamber observation window is openable, making it easy to observe the sample condition and residue inside the flask at any time. It is also equipped with a heating and constant temperature device to prevent fogging on the glass. The distance between the heater and the bottom of the distillation flask is manually adjustable, accommodating different flasks and varying heating requirements for flexible operation.

IV. Test Principle & Operation Highlights
Principle (brief):
A 100 ml sample is distilled under specified heating conditions. The vapor passes through the condenser and is collected into a graduated cylinder. Record the temperature when the first drop of condensate falls (initial boiling point, IBP) and the temperatures at each 10%, 20%, … 90%, 95% of recovered volume, as well as the final boiling point (FBP). The distillation curve reveals the volatility and fraction composition of the sample.
