1. Fully Automatic Intelligent Control
Equipped with a 7-inch LCD touch screen and an industrial-grade ARM 32-bit embedded core processor, the instrument automatically completes the entire test process. After reaching the set temperature, one-key start initiates automatic rotation of 350° and reversal after a constant temperature period – no manual intervention required.
2. Dual-Bomb Independent Testing
Includes two standard test bombs allowing two parallel or comparative tests simultaneously, improving efficiency. Each bomb is independently sealed and monitored for pressure, ensuring reliable data.
3. Large-Circulation Stirring & Uniform Temperature Field
A large-circulation stirring pump inside the bath ensures uniform temperature throughout the bath, meeting the strict control requirement of 37.8℃±0.1℃.
4. Automatic 350° Rotation & Reversal
The test bombs automatically rotate 350° and reverse, simulating the shaking operation specified in the Reid method. This achieves full gas-liquid equilibrium and ensures pressure measurement accuracy.

V. Test Principle (Brief)
A fixed volume of liquid and vapor sample is placed into a Reid test bomb, sealed, and immersed in a constant-temperature bath (or metal bath) at 37.8℃. The bomb is shaken periodically until the pressure stabilizes. The saturated vapor pressure inside the bomb at that time is the Reid vapor pressure (in kPa). A higher vapor pressure indicates greater fuel volatility and increased safety risk.
