GB/T 265 & SH/T 265 Compliant | Ambient to –70°C | Dual Test Positions
Low-temperature kinematic viscosity is a critical quality indicator for diesel fuels, aviation kerosene, lubricants, and other petroleum products. The DFYF-108D delivers reliable, standard-driven measurements with a powerful low-temperature bath and simple operation.

✅ What Makes the DFYF-108D Stand Out?
Split-type construction – The refrigeration unit is separated from the bath section, minimizing vibration interference during viscosity measurement. This design also improves heat dissipation and extends compressor life.
Imported compressor – Delivers rapid cooling down to –70°C with high stability and long service life. No more waiting hours for bath stabilization.
Dewar flask alcohol bath – Excellent thermal insulation and visual clarity. The double-layered Dewar flask maintains uniform low temperatures while allowing easy observation of capillary viscometers.
Dual test positions – Run two samples simultaneously, doubling your testing efficiency without compromising temperature uniformity.
Smart digital temperature controller – Clear LED display, ±0.1°C precision, and intuitive setting for different test temperatures.
 How It Works (Simple Workflow)
Fill the Dewar bath with alcohol (or appropriate cooling medium).
Set the desired test temperature (e.g., –20°C for diesel fuels).
Place two capillary viscometers with samples into the bath.
After temperature stabilization, measure the flow time manually or with an external timer – then calculate kinematic viscosity according to GB/T 265.
The DFYF-108D removes the guesswork from low-temperature viscosity testing, giving you repeatable results for product development, QC, and export certification.
 Who Should Use This Instrument?
Fuel and lubricant refineries
Third-party testing laboratories
Aviation fuel (Jet A, Jet A-1) QC labs
Diesel and heating oil manufacturers
Automotive oil R&D centers
❄️ Designed for Critical Low-Temp Applications
Many petroleum products must maintain adequate fluidity at subzero conditions. The DFYF-108D helps you verify:
Kinematic viscosity of diesel fuels at low temperatures (cold filter plugging point correlation)
Aviation fuel viscosity at –20°C or –40°C
Low-temperature performance of hydraulic oils and gear oils
