1. Advanced Cascade Refrigeration System
Uses two refrigerants and a circulating system in cascade configuration to maintain proper evaporation pressure at very low temperatures.
Both refrigerants condense in the same “evaporator-condenser,” which is thermally isolated from the environment, achieving evaporator temperatures as low as –70°C.
Equipped with an imported SECOP compressor – fast cooling, long service life.
2. High-Precision Temperature Control
When the bath temperature drops below the setpoint, the digital controller signals a solid-state relay to activate the heater, maintaining thermal balance.
Control accuracy of ±0.1°C ensures excellent repeatability.
3. Modular System Architecture
The instrument consists of four integrated systems:
Refrigeration system: High-temp and low-temp units, temperature relay, filter, immersion cooling head – advanced cascade technology for rapid pull-down and deep cooling.
Control system: Stirrer, digital temperature controller, heater, sensor, cooling bath, and control circuit – fast response, high precision.
Measurement system: Test tubes, tube holders, tilting stand. The tube holder can tilt 45° as required by test methods, with an automatic timer and alarm function – significantly reducing operator error.
Suction filtration system: For CFPP testing (requires optional side-mounted unit).
