Product Overview
The DFYF-301 is specifically designed according to the SH/T 0109 standard (equivalent to ASTM D1264 – Water Washout Characteristics of Lubricating Greases). It measures the resistance of a lubricating grease to being washed out from a bearing assembly by a controlled water spray at elevated temperatures.
This instrument is essential for quality control and R&D laboratories that produce or use greases in applications exposed to moisture – such as automotive wheel bearings, water pump bearings, agricultural machinery, and marine equipment.

Typical Test Procedure (Brief)
Pack a specified amount of grease into the bearing assembly.
Mount the assembly onto the tester and start the water spray at the regulated flow rate and temperature.
Run the test for the required duration (e.g., 1 hour).
At the end, measure the amount of grease washed out. Lower washout indicates better water resistance.
