Structure & Working Principle
The tester consists of a bath, heating unit, temperature controller, gas supply system, and sample container. Its compact design ensures easy operation.
The digital temperature controller maintains the bath temperature by activating the heater via a solid‑state relay when the actual temperature falls below the set point. A stirrer ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the bath.
An air pump, flow meter, and gas diffusion head deliver a controlled airflow into the graduated cylinder containing the sample. The built‑in timer allows convenient measurement of both the foam volume and the foam disappearance time.
