System Design
The tester and computer adopt a separated design, connected via a data cable. This allows customers to perform tests using their existing computer system.
Probe Operation & Quality
The probe is operated through a click-controlled mechanism. By pressing the setting button, the probe automatically enters the sample cup. It features a standard integrally extruded 99.99% silver probe, offering excellent durability and a premium appearance.
Enhanced Test Accuracy
The lower end of the test cup is equipped with a stainless steel positioning ring, ensuring the probe enters precisely into the center of the sample. This eliminates inaccuracies caused by uneven temperature distribution.
Software Integration & Curve Display
The tester comes with a software CD. After installation, the computer enables automated control and displays real-time curves based on temperature and time variations. The system supports multiple test groups, with each curve graph accommodating up to eight individual lines.
Automated Calculations
The system automatically calculates characteristic temperature, time at 400°C and 300°C, maximum cooling rate, and other key parameters. It also prints the characteristic curve automatically.
Intelligent Data Processing
Test results are automatically processed, analyzed, identified, and printed by the computer. The output is intuitive and clear, with precise calculations, excellent repeatability, and high measurement accuracy.
