This high-precision salt spray test chamber is specifically developed to evaluate the corrosion resistance and reliability of test samples under accelerated salt spray corrosion conditions. It is widely used for lubricating grease, coatings, and other surface treatments.
The chamber supports three types of salt spray tests:
Neutral salt spray test (NSS)
Acetic acid salt spray test (AASS)
Copper-accelerated acetic acid salt spray test (CASS)
The chamber body is integrally molded and welded under high temperature, offering excellent corrosion resistance. The smooth interior surface is easy to clean, and the sealed structure ensures no leakage during operation.
Equipped with a tower-type spray system and a built-in salt solution filtration unit. The nozzle is designed to prevent crystallization, ensuring uniform salt spray distribution. The sedimentation rate can be freely adjusted as needed.
Key components such as the circuit control board are positioned for easy access. The side cover door features a door lock opening mechanism, providing both a clean appearance and convenient access for routine inspection and maintenance.
