Introduction of Air Release Value Analyzer
The air release value analyzer is designed and manufactured in accordance with China’s petrochemical industry standard SH/T0308, "Determination of Air Release Value of Lubricating Oils". This instrument is specifically intended to measure the ability of petroleum products—such as turbine oils and hydraulic oils—to separate entrained or dissolved air (mist air) under defined conditions.
Advantages of the Air Release Value Analyzer
The analyzer consists of three main sections: an air bath, a circulating water bath, and a control unit.
Air bath: Equipped with a stainless steel buffer bottle heater and an air pressure gauge for adjustment.
Water bath: Made of stainless steel, offering high strength and long-term durability.
The lubricating oil tester employs an intelligent temperature controller, ensuring high-precision temperature regulation and straightforward operation.
Solid-state relay output is used in the system. This component provides the benefits of no visible electrical arcing (no obvious contact sparking) and enhanced operational safety.
Working Principle of the Air Release Value Analyzer
Compressed air passes through a filter and an air heater before entering a jacketed glass test tube. At this stage, both the air pressure and temperature meet the required test specifications.
The circulating water bath is composed of a circulating water pump and a bath tank. The tank is fabricated from stainless steel plates, providing corrosion resistance and an extended service life.
The control system utilizes a digital temperature controller to monitor and regulate the bath temperature. This controller features high accuracy, an intuitive display, and simple operation.
