Advantages of the High‑Quality Aniline Point Tester
The tester operates on the U‑tube principle and employs a photoelectric detection mechanism to precisely identify the aniline point as it occurs. During a test, equal volumes of aniline and a petroleum sample are introduced through the dedicated injection port. Under the action of a built‑in stirrer, the mixture circulates continuously: it flows from the lower part of the branch tube, passes through a flat chamber, and returns to the upper part of the branch tube. This cyclical flow ensures thorough mixing and accurate endpoint detection.
